Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 7 business days so long as we are not traveling.

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. Should we be experiencing a high volume of orders, delays may occur, but we will do our best to give you an exact timeframe via email in which to expect your purchases to arrive.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Typically, we use FedEx.

FedEx Standard: 3-5 business days

FedEx Two Day: 2 business days

FedEx Overnight: 1-2 business days

 

*Delivery delays may occur. Please note that our business will do everything we can to assist you in receiving your products in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will email you a delivery tracking code as soon as your order has shipped with a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

 

Damages

Sneaky Snake Publications is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take pictures and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
